It’s that time of year again!
September has arrived, which means the AFL finals series kicks off this weekend. 8 teams are still in the race for the flag, but only one will be holding the Cup aloft on September 29.
Richmond are currently deserved favourites to go back-to-back after a dominant season. Here’s how the current market looks:
Richmond – $2.20
Collingwood – $7.50
West Coast – $7.50
Hawthorn – $9
Melbourne – $10
Geelong – $12
Sydney – $17
GWS – $21

BetEasy are offering you the opportunity to put your footy knowledge to the test across the finals series with their AFL Predictor competition.
It seems simple enough to play – BetEasy will produce a match-up between two players in a specific statistical market, and you just have to predict which player will win that contest.
For example, here are the match-ups for Week 1 of the finals:
As you can see, we’ve taken O’Meara, Buddy, Yeo and Oliver to get the job done in their respective match-ups.
Each correct selection is worth one point. If you can pick the card each week, you will share in a stack of BetEasy rewards. If you are the overall leader after the grand final, you will win in a cool $25,000 cash.
Of course while the Australian footy season draws to a close, things are just getting started over in the US as the world’s biggest sport gears up for season 2018/19.
The NFL kicks off on Friday and Scott Kellen has consistently beaten the bookies each year. You can join him on his 2018/19 journey as part of our NFL Tips membership.
