It’s the final day of the regular season!
Our man heads into the day with a 38-25 overall record since joining us.
Check out his 3 NBA betting tips for Thursday’s action.
Miami Heat @ Brooklyn Nets - 10am
It’s Dwyane Wade’s final game for the Miami Heat as they head to Brooklyn to take on the Nets.
Miami are a better road team than home team this season, going at .500 away from home despite a 39-42 overall record.
The Nets have already booked their playoff spot, however they have their eyes on the 6th seed.
The Nets are 22-18 at home this season, and with no injuries to take care of they’ll be ready to go come game time.
I’m taking Either Team under 6.5 points with Unibet here. The Nets are a good home side while the Heat will be spurred on by D-Wade’s final game.
Orlando Magic @ Charlotte Hornets - 10am
The Magic have clinched their first playoff appearance since Dwight Howard left them to go ring chasing.
It’s a huge achievement for a team that has stalled recently and had major issues with personnel changes and bad trades.
The Magic are 8-2 in their last 10 matches, with scalps including the Raptors, Bucks and Pacers twice. They look set for a big playoff run.
A very interesting statistic; before the February 13 blowout loss to the Magic, the Hornets had won the previous 13 meetings between these two sides, spanning 3 seasons.
Coupled with that is the fact that Charlotte is a very good home team, winning 25 of a possible 40 games in their own gym this season.
To be any chance of making the playoffs, they simply must win this.
I think the Hornets steal this one. They’ve just been too good recently and their shot at the post-season is on the line. Jump on them at $1.77 with Unibet.
Oklahoma City Thunder @ Milwaukee Bucks - 10am
OKC are still in limbo about their playoff seeding as they travel to Milwaukee to face the best regular season team in the league.
This game is about tuning up for the playoffs for the Thunder, and a win against the Bucks on the road would give them great confidence. Players like Russell Westbrook and Paul George thrive in these situations.
The Bucks are playing this one safe. They have the 1st seed overall locked up so they’ve already announced Giannis Antetokounmpo will not play.
This gives everyone else a chance to step up and play for their spot in the playoff rotation of a team that looks like it could go all the way.
A 33-7 home record this season is a telling sign for the task facing their opposition here.
OKC are going to push hard to win this game, while it means a little less for the Bucks. With players out it opens the door for the Thunder to snatch victory on the road.
