4 Lopartega (Harrison / Williams): ran well two starts back, then had little luck last start in the Group 2. Has run well here in the past.
7 Mamzelle Tess (Corstens / McNeil): won last three starts. Produced a peak figure at Sale and is the horse to beat if it can hold that.
11 Trinity Hill (Finnegan / Thompson): third-up off a short break, maps well, looks well suited to trip.
14 Four Sisters (Kent / Mertens): run well in first two starts back, looks suited to the 1500m and should produce a peak figure third-up.
4 Chase The Horizon (Dwyer / Mertens): ran well first-up from the spell and was good again at Morphettville. Wide barrier here suits.
6 Camdus (Weir / Rawiller): undefeated third-up and should be ready to produce its best.
7 Chamois Road (Payne / Aitken): very honest and is well weighted with the claim.
11 This Kid Rocks (O’Loughlin / Childs): a very consistent galloper and is well graded here.
12 Leodoro (Kent / Nolen): same again! Consistent, comes off a freshen-up and gets the senior jockey on.
8 Tick Tick Bloom (Weir / Nolen): ran well at Warrnambool then had excuses at Morphettville. Fourth run in from the spell here at 2000m and should be ready to run to peak.
9 Hursley (Waller / Williams): got back last start and race wasn’t run to suit, but is generally consistent and likes it here.
12 Gallic Chieftain (Weir / Yendall): identical lead-up to last prep where it rated through the roof third-up. Should improve hugely.
15 Overberg (Maher / Dee): appeared to have every chance the other day. Gets the blinkers on and can improve.
1 Ken’s Dream (Weir / Aitken): now had a little freshen up off a poor Adelaide run, does have good record here.
2 Benz (Richards / Childs): terrific last start – worked hard on the speed at Morphettville and has run well here in the past.
3 Highland Beat (Hayes & Dabernig / Williams): no luck last start when held up and a bit hard to get a guide. But is third-up and gets Williams on.
4 Run Gypsy Run (Price / Mertens): ran terrific first-up and can hold here. Maps well, likes the Valley.
