Course/Track: Should play even
Rail: True

Race 6

#1 Tshahitsi (C.Crook & I.Miller / B.McCoull)
Outclassed last start in G1 Orr Stakes. Better suited back to this grade. Looks to be able to dictate race from the front.

#3 Odeon (NZ) (M.Ellerton & S.Zahra / C.D.Symons)
Rcaed terrific last prep over slightly longer trips but has sprinted well fresh in the past.

#4 Poetic Dream (IRE) (D. & B.Hayes & T.Dabernig / R.Bayliss)
Former German galloper having first start here. Won it’s last jumpout by large margin albeit wearing blinkers which it doesn’t today. Unknown but must include.

#6 Cool Chap D. & (B.Hayes & T.Dabernig / D.M.Lane)
Stayer resuming who generally sprints well fresh. Has solid claims if fancied.

#9 Dodging Bullets (S.W.Wilde / C.Williams)
Consistent type whose resuming off 83 day break. Williams booked, maps well all positives.

Race 7

#2 Cliff’s Edge (D.K.Weir / J.M.Allen)
Third up here. 1600m looks ideal. Sat wide last start. Drawn wide again but looks to be able to cross. Can run to best here.

#7 Main Stage (NZ) (T.Busuttin & N.Young / R.Bayliss)
Had to go back from wide barrier last start when hitting the line late. Looks ideally suited stepping to 1600m here and has barrier which it can be more positive from.

#8 Addictive Nature (B.Baker / C.Williams)
Brings different form here from Sydney when has been racing against the older horses this prep. Honest first up and slightly disappointing last start but prepared to forgive. Williams booked is a positive sign.

#11 Grunt (NZ) (M.Price / D.Oliver)
Won the lead-up defeateing Cliffs Edge narrowly. Walked in only run this distance. Should be able to go to new level tomorrow. Wide draw can be taken out of equation early.

#13 Peaceful State (D.K.Weir / B.Rawiller)
Terrific win when resuming from spell before flat run last start when on farily quick backup. Should be bale to bounce back here third up and out to 1600m.

#16 Bring Me Roses (A.J.McEvoy / L.Currie)
Battled away well first up over slightly shorter trip. Steps to 1600m here where she has produced her peak career rating.

Race 8

#1 Fell Swoop M.Dale / M.J.Zahra)
Good horse resuming. Hasn’t raced back in this class since 2015. Solid horse fresh.

#2 Secret Agenda (M.Price / D.Oliver)
Quality mare resuming off long spell. Does have good record fresh though.

#3 Crystal Dreamer (M.Ellerton & S.Zahra / D.M.Lane)
Consistent galloper who races well down the straight. Suited here over the 1000m.

#4 Thermal Current (D.K.Weir / C.Williams)
Consistent galloper who finds it hard to win. Is well graded here. Has solid claims.

#8 Husson Eagle (P.Payne / M.J.Dee)
Got too far back first up. Given 6 week break since. Races well down the straight. Will be getting home hard.

Race 9

#2 Cao Cao (M.Price / M.J.Zahra)
Won over this trip two starts back and then had hard run last start in better class. Better suited back to this class.

#4 Barbeque (J.A.Cummings / D.M.Lane)
Got too far back last start when having first run this way of going. Has had 5 weeks off but has had jumpout inbetween. Better drawn here.

#5 Eshtiraak D. & (B.Hayes & T.Dabernig / D.Oliver)
Worked home nicely when resuming. Can improve here second up.

#6 Scarecrow (A.J.McEvoy / L.Currie)
Good effort when racing on the pace last start in higher grade. Maps well here. Better suited back to this class.

#7 Holbien (S.J.Richards / J.Childs)
Won both runs this prep in solid fashion. Steps to 1400m here which is slight concern. Maps well.

#11 Eclair Sunshine (P.J.Stokes / R.Bayliss)
Didn’t have a lot go right last start in higher grade race. Has produced ratings in the spring that would make it very competetive here if it can return to that.

#12 Over And Above (M, W & J.Hawkes / D.Dunn)
Won well two starts ago at Sandown before honest effort at Caulfield when holding on well on pace. Can improve here second run at this trip.
