Rail/Course: Rail true – expecting track to play even.

Race 6

#1 Aloisia (NZ) (A.J.Purcell / M.J.Zahra)
Quality filly resumes here. Was over the top when beaten in the oaks. Slight disadvantage from wide draw.

#7 Paris Rock (NZ) (H.Dwyer / D.Thornton)
Unbeaten filly who has run consistently past two runs. Maps well here.

#8 Shokora (D. & B.Hayes & T.Dabernig / K.McEvoy)
Worked well home well last start over this trip. Gets gear change and McEvoy on.

#10 Neurotic (H.Conners / B.Mertens)
Unbeaten in both runs this prep. Ran quick time at Ballarat. Improving type.

Race 7

#1 Cliff’s Edge (D.Weir / B.Rawiller)
Terrific win first up when under done. Will strip fitter here.

#2 Embellish (NZ) (Stephen Autridge & Jamie Richards / O.P.Bosson)
NZ colt who has produced good figures. Maps well. Looks to have good claims.

#5 Cao Cao (M.Price / M.J.Dee)
Good effort over this trip last start. Maps well here. Only has to hold rating.

#11 Island Missile (P. & P.Snowden / C.D.Symons)
Comes out of two fast run races past two. Scratched from last week to be saved for this race. Should get right run.

#12 Eclair Sunshine (P.J.Stokes / C.Williams)
Never likely first up in Adelaide. Will imprive dramtically here. Produced good figures in the Spring which will make it competetive here.

#13 Peaceful State (D.Weir / B.Allen (a))
Terrific win against the pattern first up. Can sit handier here from better draw.

#16 Grunt (NZ) (M.Price / D.Oliver)
Given a freshen up since soft win in Adelaide. Looks progressive type.

Race 8

#1 Redzel (P. & P.Snowden / K.McEvoy)
Won his past 6 starts. Genuine G1 sprinter who is unbeaten down the straight. The one they all have to beat.

#2 Terravista (J.Pride / M.J.Zahra)
8yo who has terrific first up stats. Races well down the straight. Will need a good ride but with any luck will be very competitive.

#3 Hey Doc (A.J.McEvoy / L.Currie)
Resumes here. Did win when resumed in the Spring, also won Cox Plate eve at MV, albeit over 1200m. Never raced over 1000m it’s only concern.

#4 Redkirk Warrior (GB) (D. & B.Hayes & T.Dabernig / R.Bayliss)
Won past two 1st up runs here down the straight over 1200m. Comes back to the 1000m for the first time which is a slight concern.

Race 9

#1 He’s Our Rokkii (NZ) (D. & B.Hayes & T.Dabernig / F.Kersley (a2))
Has produced the same figure last three first up runs. Will be competitive here if produces same figure.

#3 Royal Rapture (D.Weir / B.Rawiller)
Ran solidly first up off long spell. Will strip naturally fitter here. Has claims in difficult race.

#5 Radipole (IRE) (M.Moroney / P.M.Moloney)
Ran well last prep in second prep in Aus. Has sound claims if can run just off best.

#7 Chamois Road (P.Payne / M.J.Dee)
Consistent horse. always thereabouts. Maps well again here.

#10 Coldstone (FR) (M.Kent / S.M.Thornton (a3))
Returns off short break. Has run well past two starts off freshen ups. Gets in under the minimum with claim.

#12 Kingsguard (NZ) (M, W & J.Hawkes / D.Dunn)
Strips fitter here. Third run back from  a spell. Should be at peak fitness now. Can improve.

#15 Runson (L. & T.Corstens / B.Mertens)
Ran well last start first try this distance. No reason why he can’t repeat here.

#16 Manolo Blahniq (NZ) (A.W.Noonan / B.Allen (a0))
Produced peak figure last start when has perfect run in fastly paced race. Stays on minimum weight but slight concern it can repeat past performance.
