Free racing tips October 21: Cameron O’Brien (Key Bets) at Geelong
Cameron’s betting approach is centred around his proprietary form database, which he has developed himself over many years by seeking the most accurate and reliable data across all form factors.
This database covers all Australian racing and produces a proprietary rating figure for each performance, which Cam uses as a basis for pricing upcoming runners and zeroing in on value bets.
This allows Cameron to look all around Australia for the best meetings and races each day, and zero in where favourable betting conditions and value presents itself. While Cameron’s favoured betting playgrounds are traditionally Western Australia and Victoria, he often heads elsewhere given the amount of data he’s armed with.
So whether it’s Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane or anywhere else, Key Bets members get Cameron’s best from everywhere.
Free Racing Tips October 21: Key Bets
It’s Cup Day at Geelong! Conditions look good, with the track rated a Good 4 and the rail in the true position.
Key Bets members received Cameron’s bets for Geelong this morning. They also get a daily audio message where he takes them through the meeting particulars and selections.
They’ll receive the same for Ascot later today.
Cameron is going with a two-horse strategy in the feature Geelong Cup.
Geelong Race 7
#4 Le Don De Vie: currently $5.50 with TopSport
#5 Skyward: currently $4.20 with TopSport
I think the overseas runners have it over the Australians here, and I’m happy to back my top two in Skyward and Le Don De Vie. Skyward got up to a rating of 116 over 2200m last start and is very progressive, maps ideally on the pace after the scratching of horses inside him. For me he’s the one to beat.
Le Don De Vie is a progressive five-year-old who also hit 116 last start in Europe, performs on soft and dry, maps fine too and is right in this.
