Brett’s Betting Syndicate
Australia’s most prolific and profitable AFL analysts are back on board for the 2020 season.
Brett and his team of sports modellers use cutting edge data science techniques to find AFL best bets. They use an ensemble approach that allocates weightings to a number of proven team and player models. The best performing models earn a stronger weighting and they’re able to accurately forecast the outcome of AFL matches, and strike when there is good value in the betting market.
Better data and better analytical tools means the bookies stand no chance.
Brett bets into the three biggest AFL markets:
- Head to Head – eg. Richmond $1.80
- Line – eg West Coast -11.5 points
- Totals – eg Carlton vs GWS Under 185 points
When & Where
AFL Tips operates every week of the AFL season, up to and including the Grand Final.
Betting updates are released around an hour prior to the first match of the day, with a second update on Saturday evening before the night matches.
Updates are delivered straight to your smartphone via our app, as well as by email and in the members section on the website.
Tips can be released for any game but only when there is value – we don’t just bet for the sake of it. You can expect to bet into 6+ games each round so there’s plenty of action.

Shortened season: COVID-19 impact
What’s happened to the 2020 AFL season?
It has been shortened to 17 rounds plus finals and the AFL has said they will use all of the 40 weeks remaining this year, if needed. The season will begin as scheduled with Richmond versus Carlton on Thursday night and the AFL has committed to the first 4 rounds pending any further COVID-19 outbreaks.
It’s likely that at some stage of the season there will be additional games crammed into a shorter space of time than normal.
How has this impacted the AFL Tips package for 2020?
We’ve cut the price of the AFL Tips season package from $897 to $677 to reflect the shortened season.
We’ve done the same with the Early Bird package, which is still available until 5pm this Friday (20th March). It’s now $567… so you save $120 off the new season price.
The season package will see you right through the 17-round season and finals, including the grand final – no matter when they’re played.
Are you still offering monthly packages for AFL Tips 2020?
Yes – you can still join on a monthly basis for $197, just as before.
If the season is suspended at any point, monthly subscriptions will simply be paused, and will restart once play restarts… so you’ll still get a full month of value.
Any other changes?
Yes. We’re now offering a new weekly option and if games are paused at any stage, your membership will be put on hold. If play is paused mid-round for any reason, we’ll make sure you get value once play restarts – each weekly renewal will include at least nine games of AFL matches (though keep in mind of course, Brett doesn’t always bet in all nine games – he only bets when there’s value).
