  • NRL line betting: Sea Eagles take crown for 2019

The NRL regular season came to an end over the weekend, with Many taking out the Line Ladder title for 2019.

The Roosters needed to cover their line against Souths to be any chance of snatching away top spot, but crumbled after the main break to not only miss the cover but lose the match as well.

A last-round cover by the Eels saw them finish 3rd ahead of the Tigers, Raiders and Storm.

The Bulldogs, Warriors and Cowboys all finished their seasons with covers and, despite finishing low on the league ladder, were pretty good to punters over the course of the year.

The biggest disappointments for punters look to be the Rabbitohs, Sharks, Broncos and Knights. All four sides were consistently overrated by the bookies despite three of the four playing finals this week.

Of course, the Titans were a punter’s nightmare this year – unless you backed against them every week.

Just six covers from 24 games for the embattled Gold Coast franchise. They were always expected to be bad – just maybe not that bad!
